This program is for any person or entity who is a resident of California who: (i) is a first-time purchaser or lessee of a zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) in California; (ii) purchases or leases one of the Eligible Vehicles identified above (each, an “Eligible Vehicle”) from a participating Dealer in California and takes delivery of and registers the vehicle in California; (iii) submits a MyFirstEV: Self Attestation Form (an “Attestation”) to the California Air Resources Board (CARB) at Fill | MyFirstEV: Self Attestation Form; and (iv) is issued a confirmation number from CARB (a “CARB Confirmation Number”) indicating that the person or entity is eligible for an incentive under CARB’s MyFirstEV California Project (an “Eligible Customer”).
